When does my order ship?
Orders for stock items placed before 12:30 leave the same working day. Delivery to mainland Spain takes 24-48 hours with MRW or DHL. Made-to-order items follow the lead time given in the quotation.
How much is shipping?
To mainland Spain, free from €200 before VAT; below that, €15 + VAT per order. Collection from our Barcelona warehouse is free. The Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are handled by quotation, with a surcharge from €20.
Can I buy as a private individual?
No. The online shop is for companies and professionals only and requires a valid Spanish tax ID (NIF). Customers outside Spain buy by quotation.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Every product has list prices with quantity breaks, and registered customers can have their own terms. For larger volumes, ask us for a quotation.
Can I collect my order from the warehouse?
Yes, at Gran Via de Carles III, 98, Barcelona, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00. We will let you know when it is ready.
